We are looking for exceptional individuals who would work with our Core Team directly to contribute to our various projects and initiatives.Internship DetailsAs a Social Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in our endeavours. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience and make a tangible difference in the following areas:Data Collation and Analysis: Help us gather and analyse critical data across various projects.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on different sectors and initiatives.Content Initiatives: Contribute to research and writing for our content projects.Technology Research: Explore how technology can enhance our initiatives.Social Media Strategies: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies.Project Development: Contribute to the improvement of our projects.Team Coordination: Collaborate across teams and projects.Clear Communication: Ensure clarity in communication and timely deliverables.RequirementsMinimum age of 18 years.A passion for the social and development sector.Strong interest in social impact consulting, volunteering, research, and writing.Openness to learning and a willingness to work across diverse areas.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.A team-oriented mindset and the ability to take initiative.Willingness to work from our Greater Kailash, New Delhi office.Internship DetailsDuration: Minimum 1 month.Stipend: INR 6,000 per month.Work Schedule: 6 days a week (flexible hours).At 8one, it is paramount that all members showcase a willingness to work across areas irrespective of qualification, having the ability to think and reason, and putting the team first.
