Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Pages, DevOps, and Git. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Power Pages. You will be actively involved in development, deployment, and maintenance of applications, ensuring a seamless integration between systems and managing version control through Git and DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities:Dynamics 365 CRM Development:Design, develop, and customize solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.Configure entities, forms, views, and dashboards, and develop custom workflows, plugins, and integrations with third-party systems.Work closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective and scalable solutions within Dynamics 365.Power Platform Development:Develop applications and solutions using Power Apps, including both Canvas and Model-driven Apps.Automate business processes using Power Automate and integrate with external data sources and systems.Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals):Design, develop, and customize Power Pages for creating external-facing websites and portals that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics 365 and other business systems.Configure user authentication, security roles, and permissions to ensure the integrity and privacy of data.DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline Management:Build and implement DevOps practices to streamline deployment, testing, and monitoring of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub for seamless deployment across different environments.Manage application lifecycle, from development through staging to production, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum stability.Git & Version Control:Leverage Git for version control, including managing repositories, branching strategies, merging, and code review processes.Ensure code quality and version integrity throughout the development cycle using Git and DevOps tools.Collaboration and Troubleshooting:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to deliver end-to-end solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring high performance and security of all deployed solutions.Documentation & Best Practices:Document the design, configuration, and development processes to ensure maintainability and compliance with company standards.Follow best practices for application development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, workflows, and integrations.Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).Expertise in developing and customizing Power Pages for web portals.Experience in implementing DevOps methodologies and managing CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.Solid understanding of Azure DevOps, GitHub for repository management.Strong programming skills, including experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript and RESTful APIs.Familiarity with Azure cloud services and integrations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with diverse teams
