The successful candidate will be someone who can track a project with multiple stakeholders and identify potential problem areas. He or she must be able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing with technical, financial, and executive personnel. The successful candidate will be respectfully relentless in focusing a diverse team to deliver the necessary data on time.Role:Partner with Sakon Implementation Managers (IMs) and clients to manage Sakon TEM platform implementations.Work on Internal and External projects and ensure the projects are completed within the stipulated timeframe.Work with the internal teams to deliver accurate, quality service to clients through the implementation process.Assist the Sakon IMs in stakeholder’s engagement to document current business process.Gather information from customers, evaluate their needs and create implementation solutions along with the Sakon IMs.Ensure completion of internal deliverables and meeting milestonesMaintain the Service Delivery Plan, track the deliverable schedule and weekly task list.Proactively identify project risksCommunicate project progress to all stakeholders.Coordinate Sakon resources from the Audit, Carrier, and Technical teams.Update all internal tracking systems in a timely manner.Manage multiple implementations in parallel.Assist the Sakon IMs in transitioning accounts to internal and partner Account Management teams.Help us work smarter as we scale and streamline the way we deliver our data solutions and innovative technology to clients.Drive decision-making and alignment across a wide range of teams to move project deliverables forward and remove barriers to success.Connect dots internally and use feedback to improve processes across the organization - or create new ones entirely.Expertly navigate changing requirements (a.k.a. “scope creep”) and set appropriate expectations with customers.Skills:8+ years of experience working within the telecoms industry or corporate telecom department, with a proven history of project management, SaaS implementations and adhering to excellent service management principles.Experience or working knowledge of Enterprise TEM and Mobility Solutions and best practices, and Enterprise Financial Systems a plusStrong understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.Strong MS Excel and Word skills (MS Office), knowledge of MS Project or equivalentAble to seamlessly adjust your communication style for internal and external audiences at all levels of the organization and with varying levels of technical expertise.Extremely organized with an appreciation for process and documentationDetail-oriented and can balance multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.A passion for helping clients and addressing some of the biggest challenges in different business verticals.Comfortable with ambiguity and resourceful in navigating uncharted territory.If interested, please share the updated resume with ruchira.sinha@.Consent - We will be using your resume for job applications open with us for a full-time appointment and will save them for future reference.
