Senior Partner Alliance Executive,GSI(India Remote) We are currently looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships to join our GSI Alliances team as Senior Partner Alliances Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objectives, goals, and strategies.Your Impact:Developing and implementing partnerships and alliances strategiesIdentifying potential partnership opportunities and collaboration areasDefine and Deliver Direct Sales Quotas backed by a 3 year growth planConduct market research and competitor analysis for partnershipsNegotiating and managing partnership agreements and contractsTracking and reporting on partnership performance and ROIDeveloping joint marketing and promotional activities with partnersIdentifying and addressing partnership challenges and issuesBringing outside-in feedback working with a matrixed organization to deliver product enhancementsContributing to partnership program growth and success.Staying updated with industry trends and partnership developmentsYour Experience You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A Minimum of 18 years in Sales with at least 3 years in managing GSI partners. You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnershipsFamiliarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) and ability to forecast numbers for Predictability.You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutionsYou are highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on problem solverYou demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationYou have excellent organizational and time management skills
