Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Head for our Agency Channel in the Non-Life Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving the overall performance of the agency sales channel across the country. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for hiring and building a strong agency sales team and will need to have over 15 years of experience in the industry.
