We're a collaborative, supportive, and driven team, and we're looking for someone equally passionate to join us on this exciting journey.Job Description-------------We're seeking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team and play a crucial role in building and enhancing our mobile application. You will work closely with our core team to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure features that delight our users. If you are a self-starter with a strong technical background and a desire to work in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, we want to hear from you! There will be future opportunity to convert contracting status into Full-Time. Responsibilities -------------Develop: Design and build for our mobile app (React Native) and backend services (TypeScript/Express).Deploy & Maintain: Deploy changes and be responsible for maintaining a product that brings +$10,000 in ARR. On Call: If there are breaking changes to the platform, they will need to be fixed before EOD. If we are outside of IST daytime hours, you will hand-off information to the US team.Working Hours: Minimum of 45 hours per week. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, and business) to deliver seamless and responsive user experiences. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.Testing & Debugging: Implement robust testing solutions to ensure application reliability and performance.Optimize: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks; optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Required Qualifications -------------Growth: You're hungry to learn and grow and not afraid to ask the questions, and have the skills to find out the answers on your own.Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.Frontend Skills: Proficient in React Native; strong understanding of mobile development concepts.Backend Skills: Solid experience with TypeScript and Express for building scalable backend services.Language Skills: Effective communication skills in English and the ability to work well in a team.Cloud Services: Familiarity with AWS services.DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management.Contract Pay-------------
