For more information, please visit Position SummarySr. Analyst - BE will be part of the quality and process improvement initiatives in accordance with the client and company requirements.The role will provide optimal business solutions to meet the client's business requirements, by translating analytics into non-technical insights to help all teams make well-informed decisions based on empirical evidence within the business process.The role will also provide an atmosphere of operations excellence across the processes by ensuring a stable and predictable environment.Outcomes and AccomplishmentsAs a Sr. Analyst, you will:Building data models to organize important data for different teams across the business and for monitoring and handling data.Gathering, analyzing, and cleansing information and create business reports for teams and individuals across the business.Analyze data discrepancies and data lineage in process life cycle and assist with solving data problems.Perform extensive data validation/quality assurance analysis within large datasets.Work with the Team Lead to drive report automation using VBA, Macro, SQL and/or Power BI.Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues.Coordinate and communicate between business users and balancing requirements and resources to solve business problems.Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues.Ability to build tabular and/or visualization reports as needed.Work independently and with team members to understand database structure and business processes.What You Bring:Candidate must have a graduate degree with good academic track record.Should have 3 to 5 Years of experience in MIS and Data analysis role driving the metrics management and reporting in a cross functional environmentKnows how to obtain and use data, and comfortable with statistical conceptsExpert level skillset in advanced Excel, VBA, Macro and SQL.Expert level skillset in MS Office applications.Ability to work in multiple database systems (MS Access).Working knowledge on reporting applications.Working knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantageAttention to detailExposure to any quality certification will be an added advantageExcellent command on English language.Individual should have strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent command on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.A keen interest in media industry preferredBenefitsYou will be part of a large international and culturally diverse teamYou will have the opportunity to make an impact for the organization, and for the customersYou will have opportunities to further grow your skills and grow within the companyYou will have the opportunity to expand your professional networkEqual Employment:Deluxe is committed to inclusivity, fostering an environment where every employee feels comfortable bringing their full selves to work.
