Human Resources ExcutiveNNIIT Hyderabad, Telangana, India (On-site)Job Title: Human Resources Excutive – E-Learning RecruitmentLocation: NNIITDuration: Upto 4LPAReports To: HR ManagerElearning Exp minimum 6 months to 1 year.Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRE to assist in the full recruitment process for e-learning positions within our organization. As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for roles in the rapidly growing e-learning sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in Human Resources and e-learning, looking to develop skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings for e-learning roles, including instructional designers, course developers, e-learning developers, content creators, and other related positions.Research and utilize various recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.) to identify potential candidates for e-learning roles.Help manage recruitment marketing campaigns to attract qualified applicants.Screening & Interviewing:Review resumes and applications, evaluating candidates based on qualifications and experience relevant to e-learning positions.Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their interest, qualifications, and cultural fit.Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Help prepare interview materials and questionnaires related to the e-learning field.Candidate Management & Communication:Maintain a positive candidate experience by managing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Ensure timely follow-up and updates to candidates regarding interview outcomes and next steps.Track and report on candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.Onboarding & Documentation:Assist with the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other employment-related documents for selected candidates.Coordinate pre-boarding activities, ensuring new hires are set up for success on their first day.Help onboard new hires, including introducing them to the company's e-learning platform, training processes, and tools.Data Management & Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities using HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS).Assist in creating recruitment metrics and reports to help track the effectiveness of the recruitment process for e-learning roles.Collaboration with E-learning Teams:Work closely with the e-learning department to understand specific hiring needs, skills, and qualifications required for various roles.Gain insight into the evolving e-learning industry to understand how to best source talent for technical and instructional roles.Additional HR Support:Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including assisting with HR events, employee engagement activities, or training initiatives related to e-learning.Participate in team meetings and collaborate on HR-related projects.Skills & Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR practices, particularly in the e-learning or educational technology space.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is a plus but not required.What You’ll Gain:Hands-on experience in the complete recruitment process for e-learning positions.Exposure to the e-learning industry and the skills needed to succeed in this growing sector.Mentorship and coaching from experienced HR professionals.The opportunity to work on projects that have a direct impact on our talent acquisition efforts.Networking opportunities within the organization and the e-learning community.
