Job Description / Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies specific to the Gravure Cylinder industry.Should have a deep knowledge of different printing processes, operations of flexible packaging industries, carton packaging industries, post printing operations.Coordinating interdepartmental function to achieve maximum output, including administration of sales, marketing, Prepress, Operations, Quality Controls and related tasks.Should have excellent clarity for prepress work with unique visualization to enhance packaging and trouble shooting.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Generating and maintaining monthly reports for monitoring.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Sector: Sector is must from cylinder making, inks, flexibles packaging.Desired profile: Candidate in the peer group of 30 - 40 years having prior experience of at least 7 – 10 years in medium/large size companies.Experience in Marketing in Gravure Cylinder. Analytical skills with good communication are prerequisites for the post.
