Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target industries. Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and challenges to offer strategic recruitment solutions. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities. Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and unique selling points of our recruitment services. Address client queries, concerns, and objections to secure new business partnerships. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and service agreements to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. Close deals and secure long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the RPO Or staffing industry. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
