Manager - Category (Planning) We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic, Manager Revenue Planning & Pricing, to drive revenue growth through effective pricing, planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact, central role, requiring close coordination with multiple teams to optimize revenue performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Revenue Planning & Execution Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and break it down into monthly and daily revenue targets. Own the pricing strategy, ensuring competitiveness and maximizing profitability. Continuously monitor revenue performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions. 2. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management Act as the central liaison across Business Finance, Marketing, Supply, Product, and Central teams. Collaborate with the Supply team to integrate market intelligence into pricing and revenue strategies. Work closely with the Marketing team to align demand-generation efforts with revenue goals. 3. Product-Led Problem Solving Partner with the Product team to develop innovative solutions for real-time planning challenges. Drive data-backed decisions to enhance revenue predictability and optimization. Desired Candidate: 4-6 years’ experience of relevant experience in OTA, e-commerce, or travel industry. Strong analytical mindset with experience in revenue planning, pricing, or strategy. Excellent stakeholder management skills to navigate cross-functional coordination. Hands-on experience with forecasting, market intelligence, and real-time problem-solving. Highly analytical. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel. SQL is good to have.
