About the Role: Campus Recruiter: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing campus recruitment initiatives to attract top-tier talent for entry-level positions and internships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with universities, executing recruiting events, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with universities across all tiers, as well as student organizations. Organize and coordinate campus recruitment events, including on-campus and off-campus interviews, career fairs, and networking sessions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements for internships and entry-level positions. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for interns and entry-level candidates. Track and analyze recruitment data to assess performance and improve strategies. Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in campus recruitment. Strong understanding of campus recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with various teams. Educational qualifications: B.Tech and MBA in HR.
