Job Title: Business Manager - Sales Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ years in B2C Business Development & Growth Education: B-Arch (Preferred) or relevant industry experience Job Summary: As a Business Manager - Sales , you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the sales funnel, ensuring efficient sales closures, and achieving monthly project targets. You will lead and mentor a team of 6 to 10 designers , ensuring they are equipped to convert leads into confirmed projects. Your role will also focus on enhancing customer experience and relationship management to foster long-term business success. Key Responsibilities: Sales Funnel Management: Own and optimize the sales pipeline to improve conversion rates and maximize project bookings. Target Achievement: Drive the team to achieve a monthly target of 12 to 15 projects by ensuring a steady inflow of new bookings. Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Team Leadership & Training: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 6 to 10 designers , enabling them to meet individual and collective sales targets. Performance Monitoring: Track key sales metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to enhance performance. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B-Arch preferred) or a related field with relevant industry experience. 5+ years of experience in B2C Business Development, Sales, and Growth. At least 1 year of managerial experience , leading and mentoring a team. Strong understanding of sales funnel management and customer lifecycle strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and drive action-oriented decisions. Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
