Job Role - Lead Customer Service (Metallurgy) Experience- 4-8 yrs Qualification - B. Tech Metallurgy Location - Jaipur Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Failure and warranty analysis (Metallurgical) 2. Benchmarking Analysis (Metallurgical) 3. New product development finish product metallurgical analysis and reports 4. PPAP - New Product, support to program management for finish product metallurgical analysis and reports 5. Layout metallurgical analysis and reports submissions as per requirement. 6. Quality system adherence as per company certifications and policies. 7. NABL certifications participations in PT programs. 8. Outcomes of metallurgical analysis and improvement actions to be taken allied processes within the internal stake holders and closures 9. Customer interaction w.r.t to metallurgical analysis and clarification as and when required. 10. Customer visits alongwith customer service and warranty teams if required. 11. Hands on experience on SEM -EDS ,NDT tests (e.g. MPT , Temper Etch etc)
