About The Role As the Senior Manager you will lead a team of 20+ professionals to execute and continuously improve the supplier audit and onboarding processes within a shared services model. This role requires strategic oversight of operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, cost efficiency, and service excellence. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide innovative strategies to enhance overall business performance. This is a high-visibility role within the Client Services function, interfacing with executive leadership and client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to drive continuous process improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You Will Do • Team Leadership & Development: o Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20+ professionals responsible for supplier audits and onboarding. o Assign tasks, review deliverables, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality outcomes. o Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. • Operational Management: o Oversee the execution of supplier audit and onboarding activities, ensuring adherence to SLAs and quality standards. o Develop and implement audit plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet operational goals. o Manage daily operations, addressing challenges, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth execution. • Stakeholder Collaboration: o Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align operations with organizational goals. o Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and client representatives. • Continuous Improvement: o Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. o Develop and maintain accurate performance metrics, reports, and dashboards for senior management. • Risk Management & Compliance: o Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies across all operations. o Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier audits and onboarding. • Cost Control: o Monitor and manage operating costs to meet budgetary requirements while identifying cost-saving opportunities. What You Will Need Education: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred. Experience: • Minimum of 7 years in service delivery operations, preferably within an outsourced or shared services environment. • At least 2 years managing a delivery service centre in India, ideally within the staffing industry. • Proven experience managing teams of 15 or more professionals. Skills: • Strong knowledge of outsourcing processes, staffing industry practices, and best practices. • Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and performance tracking. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholder relationships. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively. Technical Proficiency: • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BI tools. • Familiarity with automation tools and technologies is a strong plus. Cultural Awareness: • Understanding of Indian business culture and practices. Language: • Fluent in English at a professional business level.
