Responsibilities: Market Strategies and Brand Development Develop and outlines a comprehensive marketing plan in relations with research and analysis to achieve the company’s marketing and branding goals in India market. Execute regional marketing strategies locally to align with overall brand objectives. Support localization efforts to ensure messaging resonates with diverse audiences. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing communications reflect the brand’s integrity and adhere to established standards. Campaign Development & Execution Lead the localize planning and execution of marketing campaigns across both online and offline Work closely with internal teams and cross departmental like product and design teams to ensure all campaigns can be launched as according to schedule. Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, market reports and feedback. Partnerships & Community Engagement Identify and build strategic partnerships with local influencers, financial media, and trading communities . Manage relationships with key stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and engagement. Plan and organize industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to strengthen market presence. Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with the local marketing team to align regional marketing efforts and share best practices. Collaborate with internal teams, including brand, product, sales, and customer support, to strengthen local brand positioning and client experience. Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and generate reports with actionable insights. Requirements and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in marketing / marketing communication / business Minimum 4 – 5 years of proven work experience in regional marketing, brand, and campaign management, preferably in financial industry or FinTech. Strong market acumen with a proven ability to develop regional and localize plan for client acquisition and development. Proficiency in CRM and analytics marketing tools. Creative mindset, organized, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in written and spoken in English with additional written and spoken proficiency in Tamil or Hindi.
