Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Visa Counselor located in Patiala, with some flexibility for work from home. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for providing consultancy services to clients, assessing their profiles, guiding them through the visa application process, preparing necessary documentation, and keeping them informed about the progress of their applications. Additionally, the Visa Counselor will liaise with embassies and consulates, keep up-to-date with changing visa rules, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. Qualifications Strong understanding of visa application processes and requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency in using computers and common office software Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Counseling experience or related background is a plus Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage Relevant degree or certification is preferred
