Roles & Responsibility:- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company, ensuring consistent revenue generation. Promote and sell agricultural equipment (sprayers and farm mechanized equipment) to agricultural businesses and other potential clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential customers, and convert leads into sales. Provide after-sales services, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of the equipment. Appoint 10 exclusive Agri-Equipment customers (FSEC) in each region. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for sales and service inquiries. Manage warranty claims and coordinate repairs or replacements within the warranty period, ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualification & Work Experience:- B. Tech- Agri, BSc/MSc- Agri 2+ Years
