The project will be executed in collaboration with international consultants, ensuring the highest standards of design, quality, and construction. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our esteemed team in Hyderabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in one of the most prestigious residential real estate projects, where you will play a vital role in generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team to drive growth. Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3-5 years in residential real estate Industry: Real Estate Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute pre-sales strategies that generate qualified leads. Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide relevant information to assist in their decision-making process. Provide detailed product knowledge and present project offerings to clients. Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations tailored to the client’s requirements. Manage inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Assist in the coordination of site visits, meetings, and events to promote residential properties. Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling content and materials for client outreach. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and new offerings in the residential real estate sector. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in pre-sales, sales support, or a similar role within residential real estate. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions effectively. Knowledge of CRM tools and proficient in MS Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Highly motivated, customer-centric, and detail-oriented. Prior experience in the luxury real estate sector is a plus.
