Detailed job description About Halma company HFI We are a new business unit under the Halma Safety sector, created to deliver simplified safety solutions to India and beyond. Our mission is to nurture partnerships and address intricate safety requirements with simplified, affordable, and globally recognized solutions. As HFI, we manufacture fire safety products and solutions, and provide consultancy, training, and full technical support, so that you always have peace of mind in knowing that your assets are given the best possible protection from fire. Position Objective The Fire Detection Division in HFI intends to hire a Apprentice for sales administration and day-to-day operations of the Detection BU - which involves Apollo, Advanced, FFE, Argus, Thermocable and Veiga. Responsibilities (KRAs / deliverables / job expectations) Order Execution: Coordinate with various factories for timely Order Processing and manage related communication. Work with factories/warehouses for timely order fulfilment. Coordinate timely collection of shipments both with the factories and local warehouse. Ensure Customer Satisfaction by resolving customers queries related to Orders, Material Availability, Shipments etc. Engage with the partners in payment collection and dispute resolution. Directly manage order processing and execution of Veiga system in close collaboration with the Hub team. Process improvement: Engage with sourcing team for Inventory Management for India warehouse by collecting timely forecasts from Sales team, understanding TIP stocking points, at the same time delivering on the Business Targets. CRM tool management – Leads, Offer pipeline, Opportunities, etc. Coordination with HFI factory and engineering teams.
