The project will be executed in collaboration with international consultants, ensuring the highest standards of design, quality, and construction. As part of our team, you'll leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage client interactions, streamline processes, and enhance relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction CRM Strategy Development & Execution: Leading the creation and implementation of a comprehensive CRM strategy that supports business objectives, improves customer engagement, and drives revenue growth. Team Leadership: Managing and leading a team of CRM managers, analysts, and specialists, ensuring effective performance and professional development within the team. CRM System Optimization: Overseeing the configuration, customization, and integration of the CRM system to ensure it meets the company’s needs, particularly in terms of sales, customer service, and marketing. Customer Management & Analysis: Ensuring proper customer data management, segmentation, and analytics to derive insights for improving sales strategies, customer retention, and satisfaction. Collaboration Across Departments: Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM efforts are aligned across the organization, enhancing overall customer experience. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking CRM performance and providing detailed reports on customer behavior, sales activities, and lead conversion to inform decision-making at the executive level. Customer Journey Optimization: Continuously optimizing the customer journey, using the CRM to improve customer touchpoints, interactions, and overall satisfaction. What we are looking for?
