Job Summary:GoaMiles is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and building strategic tie-ups with hospitality partners, tour operators, and travel agents to expand our business network. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for the travel and transport industry.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calling to potential partners, including hotels, travel agencies, and tour operators, to promote GoaMiles' services.Identify and generate new business leads through market research and networking.Build and maintain relationships with hospitality partners, cab operators, and tourism-related businesses.Explain GoaMiles’ services and benefits to potential clients and convert leads into successful tie-ups.Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and onboard new partners.Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and conversion rates in CRM software.Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies for maximum outreach.Meet weekly and monthly sales targets through persistent and strategic outreach.Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.Key Requirements:1-3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development (preferably in the travel or hospitality sector).Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals over the phone.Experience in lead generation and cold calling is a must.Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and email communication.Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.Understanding of the Goa travel and tourism market is an added advantage.Benefits:Attractive incentives and performance bonuses.Opportunity to work in a growing industry with a reputed brand.Training and career growth opportunities.
