Facility & Infrastructure ManagementOversee maintenance of factory premises, office spaces, and other infrastructureEnsure smooth functioning of utilities such as electricity, water, HVAC, and telecommunicationSupervise repair and renovation projects as needed2. Security & Safety ComplianceImplement and monitor security protocols for plant safetyCoordinate with security agencies to ensure 24/7 security of the premisesEnsure compliance with fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation plansConduct safety drills and awareness programs for employees3. Housekeeping & Workplace HygieneEnsure proper housekeeping and sanitation in the factory and office areasImplement waste disposal and recycling measuresMaintain a clean and organized workplace in compliance with health & safety standards4. Vendor & Contractor ManagementManage contracts and relationships with service providers (security, housekeeping, catering, transport, etc.)Negotiate and finalize vendor agreements for cost-effectiveness and quality assuranceMonitor vendor performance and service quality5. Transport & Logistics ManagementOversee transportation facilities for employees (shuttle services, company vehicles)Manage logistics support for administrative and operational needs6.
