Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key residential builders and developers.Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the residential segment.Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and product delivery.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on account performance.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in key account management, project sales, or B2B sales in the building materials/construction chemical industry.Strong network with residential builders and developers.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
