The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, category building & Integrated marketing campaign planning with proven experience in B2B2C environments.Main Accountabilities Brand Custodian, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, and maintain consistency across all campaign touchpoints.Develop and implement comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns( B2C) aligned with business objectives and goals with strong focus on Digital/Online.Deliver high RoAS and RoI via consumer conversion initiatives through media mix modelling, data analytics and performance marketing campaigns.Work closely with ZEISS business partner team to enhance digital presence, store visibility & traffic to store in ZEISS retail landscape.Drive Successful engagement with ZEISS Customers & KOLs. via multiple media like Print, OOH Mobile, Digital, etc.Periodically review plans to measure effectiveness ensuring media spends accountability.Manage a network of vendors & agency partners aiming to achieve highest quality output utilizing new innovations and techniques across consumer conversion funnel.Groom and lead a team to deliver marketing objectives within timelines impacting brand touchpoints across the customer and consumer.Job Specifications EducationMBA from B SchoolExperienceOverall experience of 8+ years in consumer marketing.Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing Strong understanding of digital analytics, martech automation and CRM.Experience in managing and growing marketing teams Excellent project management and communication skills Experience working with cross functional stakeholdersStrong ability to strategize and drive to execution at scaleStructural problem-solving abilities while dealing with uncertainty in the current world environment
