Job Description Monthly books close :­- Perform variance analysis (planned and actual numbers), strong accounting knowledge, work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data, Identify and drive process improvements including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/comparison tools. familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful. Strong analytical and data gathering skills, Good business acumen, Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow, Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently, Experience working with, and presenting to, senior(s) Good knowledge of macros, has supported in automations, setting up jobs in SAP. Exposure to different ERP and reporting systems will be an added advantage. Fixed asset accounting: - Perform various capex related activities like, Asset creations, capitalization, depreciation, asset retirement, physical verification, Asset/ Capex related projects and reporting Intercompany accounting: - Perform intercompany accounting activities like., Intercompany invoicing and accounting, Intercompany payments, intercompany reconciliation, accruals, and journal postings. Indirect tax:- Danish VAT reporting. Reporting of the sales done between the European countries, Consignment stock/sales validation, Submission of VAT returns to Danish Tax authorities, Tax code validation, Export VAT reporting/ Main VAT reporting, Energy VAT reporting, Intrastat VAT reporting, Customs taxes reporting. knowledge of macros, has supported in automations, setting up jobs in SAP. Exposure to different ERP and reporting systems will be an added advantage. Potentially relevant experience :- Bachelors/master’s degree in accounting together with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and operational experience in SAP or other ERP.
