We are looking for a Senior Techno-Presales candidate with a strong technical background in IT technologies and expertise in presales and solution consulting . The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions . This role will involve collaborating with sales, product, and delivery teams to drive technical solutioning, presentations, and presales strategy for enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Presales & Technical Solutioning Act as the technical expert in IT solutions, supporting sales teams in customer engagements. Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business and technical requirements. Design and present tailored IT solutions , ensuring alignment with customer needs. Develop technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and architecture designs . Lead technical discussions and workshops with clients, including CXOs and IT decision-makers. 2. Proposal Development & RFP Management Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and whitepapers to support sales. Prepare technical solution documents, estimations, and architecture blueprints . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect the company’s capabilities. Address RFP/RFI responses with a clear focus on technical differentiation. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration Partner with sales, delivery, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and technology partners . Provide guidance on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes . Act as a trusted advisor to customers, influencing their technology decisions. 4. Industry & Technology Expertise Stay updated on emerging IT technologies , including Cloud, Data Analytics, AI, and Enterprise Architecture . Develop thought leadership content such as blogs, whitepapers, and case studies. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to refine sales strategies. Required Skills & Expertise: 1. Technical Expertise Strong experience in IT solutions, enterprise architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data analytics . Knowledge of Data Engineering, Business Intelligence (BI), AI/ML frameworks, and Big Data technologies . Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and ETL tools , with a good understanding of data governance and analytics frameworks . Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and automation technologies . 2. Presales & Business Development 10+ years of experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or IT architecture roles . Proven ability to develop high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and technical presentations . Experience in conducting product demonstrations, PoCs, and solution workshops . 3. Communication & Collaboration Strong presentation, storytelling, and client-facing skills , with the ability to simplify complex solutions. Experience engaging with C-level executives, IT leaders, and key decision-makers . Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields . Certifications in AWS, Azure, Data Analytics, or Enterprise Architecture are a plus.
