We are looking for project Engineer at ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd, Yamunanagar location for Machine Building Division. Skills Required: Knowledge of various type of presses i.e. Hydraulic, mechanical etc. Knowledge of press operations i.e. forming, blanking, drawing, piercing, coining etc. Determines project schedule by studying job manufacturing process and calculating time requirements based on the work load and standard time period required for manufacturing of a job. Submission of multiple project schedules to client on regular intervals. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems. Raise alarm whenever required to avoid delays in project schedule. Understanding of Project deadlines importance and cost. Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. Effective communication with all internal staff as well as with customers. To keep good records which can be useful while execution of other projects also. To keep follow up with client for design approval, payment realizations due at various intervals of project execution. Resolution of all open issues during execution of a projects internally as well as with client. Coordinating the visit of customer for Inspection & resolving issues reported by client during inspection. Monitoring developments at clients end & devising strategy for the project under execution to avoid any hold up after readiness of job. Procurement of imported items required in a press for its assembly. Shipping arrangements coordination with logistics team as well as client. Preparing RFQ (Request for quotation) for installation activity at site & sending enquiries to various service providers for complete installation and commissioning activities and get the order finalized through purchase department. Project Engineer Skills: Technical understanding, Manufacturing Methods, Effective communication skills (both verbal and written), Documentation Skills, Knowledge of commercial terms and Conditions i.e. Incoterms, Tax duties etc., Knowledge of visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Knowledge of working in MS Project and SAP Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering. 5 - 9 years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer.
