Job Description: Website and Campaign Marketing Specialist Overview: We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our website, analysing traffic, managing paid campaigns, and developing email/newsletter templates. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a keen eye for detail to drive our digital presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Website Updates: Develop and maintain new landing pages. Update organizational overview data. Refresh content regularly, including success stories, blogs, and news. Ensure the home page banner is current and engaging. Regularly update the XML Sitemap and ROR. Keep the URL list up-to-date. Maintain and update the Robots file. Monitor and update indexed pages in Google Search. Remove unwanted and expired URLs from Google Search promptly. Analytics & Reporting: Conduct traffic analysis and generate detailed reports. Examine user behaviour on the website and produce comprehensive reports. Monitor and report on the performance of the top 5 pages. Generate Google Search Console reports and provide solutions. Analyze data using SEMrush and deliver actionable reports. Paid Campaigns: Develop and present comprehensive campaign reports. Drive lead generation and engagement metrics. Monitor ad quality, relevance, and spending metrics. Analyze audience metrics, reach, and impressions. Emailer/Newsletter Development: Develop and maintain multiple relevant templates using the Email Marketing tool. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, including website management, analytics, and paid campaigns. Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Netcore. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web traffic metrics. Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Experience with content management systems (CMS). Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web development basics. Knowledge of email marketing best practices. Experience with Google adwords is a plus.
