Role Overview:The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of Valistus International School, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between departments effectively. Prior experience in handling school administration tasks will be an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with school policies.Oversee school infrastructure, facilities, and maintenance to provide a safe and conducive learning environment.Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities for smooth operational support.Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to school administration, including admissions, transport, and general office management.Support the Principal and senior leadership team in implementing school policies and procedures.Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and school-related materials.Assist in planning and organizing school events, meetings, and staff coordination.Ensure adherence to statutory and safety regulations applicable to school administration.Liaise with parents, staff, and external stakeholders for administrative support as required.Required Skills & Attributes:Strong administrative and organizational abilities with attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced school environment.Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.Knowledge of school administration processes and compliance requirements is an advantage.
