Strong exposure to BOP (Balance of Plant), BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer), AHP (Ash Handling Plant), and CHP (Coal Handling Plant) structures. Strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities. Job Description: 1. Contract Review: Review tender documents, drawings, and contract conditions. Identify key milestones, risks, and challenging aspects of the project. 2. Team Assignment: Select and assign team members based on skills and project needs. 3. Mobilization: Finalize mobilization plans and coordinate staff arrangements. Ensure statutory compliances and manage stakeholder relationships. 4. Planning & Execution: Develop and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules. Ensure project progress aligns with agreed timelines. Coordinate with clients and consultants for seamless execution. 5. Estimation & Billing: Estimate quantities, manage billing, and ensure timely payments. Identify and capitalize on non-tender items for added value. 6. Quality & Safety: Implement quality and safety protocols for zero-defect and zero-tolerance outcomes. 7. Budgeting & Monitoring: Assist in budgeting, monitor expenses, and manage material reconciliation. 8. Sub-Contractor Management: Monitor third-party works, ensure timely billing, and maintain optimal material usage. 9. Special Jobs & Innovation: Identify specialized requirements, promote innovation, and implement productivity improvements. 10. Team Development: Align team to project goals, conduct regular discussions, and focus on skill enhancement.
