We're on the hunt for a skilled and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead initiatives that captivate sports enthusiasts, drive engagement, and lead to conversions. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across formats and channels to drive business goals Plan and execute conversion-based campaigns through Google Ads (Search, Display, Video etc.) and Social Media Ads (Meta, LI, X etc.) platforms in line with the organisation’s goals Optimise ad targeting, placements, formats and bidding to drive conversions Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to drive performance improvements Coordinate with the Content and Design teams to set-up and enhance ad performance Manage and stay within a monthly budget for all digital marketing spends - Analyse and optimise campaign performance across paid marketing channels Leverage GA4, Meta Business Suite and internal dashboards to analyse and optimise conversions Create and test multivariate sets to improve performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL etc. Regularly interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimization Set-up and monitor tracking events through Google Tag Manager and similar tools Track and report funnel analysis, path exploration and user behaviour on Playo platforms to improve ad performance Requirements: 1-2 years of proven experience in performance marketing or a similar role Hands-on experience of executing paid performance campaigns across ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.) Thorough understanding and use of analytical tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc.) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills
