We are looking for a dynamic and proactive MBA HR Fresher to join our HR team and support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, recruiting and onboarding candidates for various roles. ✅ Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. ✅ HR Operations: Handle documentation, maintain employee records, and support HR policies implementation. ✅ Performance Management: Assist in tracking employee performance and coordinating appraisals. ✅ Payroll & Attendance Management: Support payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance tracking. ✅ Training & Development: Coordinate training programs for employee skill enhancement. ✅ HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies. ✅ Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements & Qualifications: Education: MBA in Human Resources or related field. Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of HR experience preferred. Skills: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills . Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools. Ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
