Job Description: We are looking for an HR Executive with 2+ years of experience in handling Payroll , Attendance Management , and HR Operations . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR functions and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations in the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: · Payroll Management : o Process monthly payroll ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements. o Handle statutory deductions (Provident Fund, ESI) and resolve payroll-related discrepancies. o Maintain payroll records and assist in audits. · Attendance & Leave Management:o Monitor and maintain employee attendance and leave records. o Address employee queries related to attendance and leave policies. o Ensure compliance with company attendance policies. · HR Operations:o Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes. o Maintain and update employee records and files. o Prepare HR reports and assist with audits. · Compliance:o Ensure adherence to statutory requirements like PF, ESI, and other legal documentation. o Support the team in ensuring full compliance with labor laws. · Employee Support:o Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding payroll, attendance, and other HR matters. o Provide assistance in resolving employee concerns and HR-related issues. Skills & Qualifications: · Education : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. · Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Payroll, Attendance, and Operations. · Skills:o Knowledge of HR software o Strong Excel skills. o Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. · Personal Attributes:o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Detail-oriented and highly organized. o Ability to handle confidential information. o Time management and multitasking ability.
