Key Responsibilities: Define user acquisition strategy across performance marketing channels, primarily Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Drive growth efficiently across these channels by optimizing spend, targeting, and creatives. Own campaign setup and daily optimization to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, ROAS and CAC. Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with agencies to explore new targeting opportunities across user segments and geographies. Work closely with internal teams, providing insights and feedback on creative optimizations. Partner with key stakeholders - including the marketing, copy, and creative teams, as well as agencies - to drive performance for your channel. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in running and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and drive growth. Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. A keen eye for high-performing creatives across digital channels, with the ability to analyze and recommend effective creative strategies. Experience in tracking and optimizing key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC and overall campaign efficiency. Experience working with women-focused brands is a plus. Basic business acumen with an understanding of growth levers and revenue impact.
