As part of this growth, we are seeking a Customer Service representative who is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, providing information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to handle customer concerns in a courteous, professional manner, and ensure timely resolution. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner. Issue Resolution : Address customer complaints, concerns, and issues by providing accurate information in a timely manner. Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products or services to provide accurate guidance to customers. Documentation : Record customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions in the customer service management system. Order Assistance : Assist customers with order processing, returns, exchanges, and tracking. Feedback : Collect customer feedback to improve services and report recurring issues to management for further action. Promote Company Policies : Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer concerns and providing information. Collaboration : Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Previous customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal(both in English and Hindi). Patience and empathy to manage customer concerns effectively. Problem-solving ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
