Job Summary: The Real Estate Sales Manager will play a crucial role in connecting with prospective brokers, maintaining relationships with existing brokers, identifying new business opportunities, and generating revenue for the company through leasing commercial office spaces. Job Description: Leasing Commercial Offices: Proactively lease commercial office spaces to achieve occupancy goals. Broker Engagement: Visit and establish strong relationships with brokers, corporate firms, and companies to expand the client network. Client Acquisition: Collaborate with real estate brokers to attract and secure new clients. Property Showcasing: Effectively present the key selling points of properties to prospective clients, emphasizing their unique features and benefits. Negotiation: Utilize exceptional negotiation skills to finalize leasing agreements that benefit both clients and the company. Social Media Promotion: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote available properties and enhance brand visibility. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or commercial leasing sectors. Skills: Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
