With innovative technologies like ZestIoT Ground Radar & iView platform, we provide custom solutions that enhance resource management, operational safety, and product quality assessment for our customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for an Aviation - Business Development Manager in Asia at ZestIoT, located in Hyderabad with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the aviation industry, particularly focusing on Aircraft Turnaround Automation, Resource Optimization, and Predictability in Operations. They will leverage IoT, Camera-AI, and connected operations to drive real-time decision-making and achieve a definitive ROI for airlines and airport operations.Qualifications- 5+ Years of experience in driving revenue growth - Ability to understand Customer problem & provide solution, benefits - Business Development, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management skills - Strategic planning and negotiation skills - Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and in a team - Ability to understand technical aspects of the solutions and effectively communicate their benefits to customers - Experience in B2B Enterprise sales process & tender, RFP process - Ability to nurture leads into prospects & deals - Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Sales force - Nice to have experience in IoT, AI, and connected operations - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related fieldPackage:- Competitive Salary – dependent on experience - Incentive for upsell/cross-sell - Lots of learning & faster career growth
