We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ad Sales Manager to join our growing team and help monetize our platform by building strategic advertising partnerships. Role Overview: As an Ad Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue. You’ll work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to craft effective campaigns that align with our audience and brand. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement ad sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Mapping key clients and agencies in the region for pitching the company advertising/marketing solutions Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization Managing the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and other stakeholders. Understand client needs and offer tailored advertising solutions that deliver results. Building trusted relationships, and clearly articulate key value propositions, processes and performance for the region Campaign Management: Collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams to design impactful ad campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reporting and insights. Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ad products and sales approaches. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Contribute to product innovation by sharing client feedback and market needs. Requirements: Has grown and managed ad sales revenues/Media Sales Deeply networked with large clients, and media/ad agencies in the region An excellent communicator and operates with a lot of trust and confidence Strategically views the marketplace, analyses opportunities and successfully manages the growth of a profitable content business Wants to make an impact with work and right attitude Being a team player Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role. Experience in tech/saas sales is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Skills: -Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. -Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software. -Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities What We Offer: Competitive salary with best-in-market performance incentives.
