Job Type: Full-time Experience: 5+ Years in Bench Sales & US IT Staffing Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the bench sales team to achieve placement targets. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to place consultants with direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and tier-1 staffing partners . Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals. Work closely with recruiters to understand consultant skills and ensure successful placements. Track consultant availability , submissions, and placement status while maintaining detailed reports. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed ) and vendor lists to source new opportunities. Ensure compliance with US work authorization policies (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, Green Card, US Citizen). Monitor market trends and proactively identify new business opportunities . Train, mentor, and guide the bench sales team to improve efficiency and performance. Negotiate billing rates, contract terms , and agreements with clients and vendors. Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve revenue goals.
