Job Responsibilities: Design, create, and maintain test plans and test cases, ensuring close collaboration with development teams across different regions to deliver functional modules on time. Assess the testing workload, select and execute appropriate testing methods, ensuring the achievement of quality objectives. Analyze and report test results, continuously monitor the quality of project modules, track and manage defects, ensuring the quality delivery of the project. Set up, configure, maintain, and optimize the test automation environment, continuously improve testing infrastructure to enhance team efficiency. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies in the field of test automation to improve the performance and scalability of the development team's testing processes. Design and execute test plans according to business requirements, incorporating the specific requirements of insurance CRM systems to ensure the efficiency and compliance of insurance CRM system functionalities. Job Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in internet product testing, with experience in testing web/mobile applications, especially in insurance CRM systems or financial products, preferred. At least 3 years of experience in test automation framework and script development, with the ability to develop and maintain automated testing frameworks. Familiar with mainstream testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Katalon, MeterSphere, Appium, TestComplete, etc. Familiar with common test automation frameworks such as Testcafe, TestNG, Kite, Jest, Mocha, PyTest, etc. Proficient in at least one programming language (C, Golang, Java, Python) with script development experience, able to use common performance testing tools for testing. Extensive experience in testing web/APP/GUI applications, with the ability to efficiently test complex business logic in the insurance industry. Experience in insurance product development or a background in the insurance industry is preferred, with an understanding of insurance CRM system business processes, compliance requirements, and security standards. Ability to execute complex functional, performance, and security testing in the insurance CRM system environment.
