Location: Goa, India | On-site (Full-time) Key Responsibilities Design and develop backend services using MERN stack Build responsive front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments Required Qualifications 2+ years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in Node.js, preferably full MERN stack Experience with front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) Proficient in database technologies (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) RESTful API and event driven design and implementation Understanding of CI/CD pipelines  Strong desire to learn and master new technologies Why Goa?
