This position is based in our Chennai office, working the night shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST) to support our global operations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Task Management & Client Support Excellence: Independently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring each task is executed effectively and on time. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned tasks, taking full responsibility for their success and internal accuracy. Strictly adhere to established procedures and protocols to maintain quality and consistency. Conduct rigorous quality checks on all work to ensure outstanding results with minimal errors. Monitor task progress and take proactive measures to guarantee timely delivery. Communicate seamlessly with internal teams across the globe through video chat and email, fostering effective collaboration. Provide shift cover for colleagues’ time off, including weekends, to ensure seamless operations. ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Naturally Organized: Demonstrate a natural inclination for organization and an exceptional attention to detail. Multitasking Proficiency: Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks, including client support and billing responsibilities. Resilience Under Pressure: Thrive in high-pressure situations and maintain composure while delivering quality results. Collaborative Team Player: Excel in teamwork but also demonstrate the ability to work independently. Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented approach. Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for seamless collaboration with internal teams. LANGUAGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English: Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English. Minimum 4 Years of Relevant experience in similar roles. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
