For more information, please visit Position: Purchase Executive (Food Background) Location: Bengaluru Devenahalli Key Responsibilities · Manage business relationships with existing suppliers and vendors. · Adopt adequate cost-saving strategies and track deviations in pricing, and service. · Complete tracking of risk purchase and monthly reporting. · Evaluate and research potential suppliers and vendors across regions. · Compare and evaluate negotiated offers and submit them to HOD for evaluation. · Contract management – Keep track and revise in timely manner. · Track the status of orders and fulfillment levels for all SKU’s · Monitor inventory and cross-check with PR · Coordinate with the warehouse team · Prepare reports for cost analysis. · Administrative responsibilities include all sorts of internal and external coordination with vendors/suppliers/clients for the smooth functioning of the business. Qualification · Any Degree – Preferred · At least 2+ years of direct experience in Purchase function for Raw Material, Packaging material and consumables for food manufacturing, Cloud kitchen KNOWLEDGE AREAS / SKILLS · ERP Systems Knowledge – Dynamix 365 / SAP · MS Office and MS Excel expert · Extremely good communication skills – Language – English, Hindi, Kannada · MIS management · Analytical skills
