About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align people strategy with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to influence and drive organizational change. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to create a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnering Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Drive workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning for key roles. Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives. Employee Relations & Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion and innovation. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment. Talent Management Support the end-to-end performance management process, from goal setting to appraisal discussions. Collaborate with L&D teams to identify and address skill gaps through training programs. Implement strategies for talent retention and career development. Compensation & Benefits Provide inputs for market-competitive compensation strategies. Partner with the rewards team to ensure equitable and performance-linked benefits. Qualifications Experience : 5-7 years in HRBP roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial capacity. Education : MBA or Master’s degree in HR or related field. Proven experience in aligning HR strategies with business goals. Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and performance management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
