Job Roles & responsibilities: Business Intelligence & Commercial Excellence: · Business Intelligence & Governance: Reports /Dashboards to be updated/ created basis business needs/ proactive data cuts that can be brought in · Track business performance across Operations function against identified KPIs for respective verticals within MED & derive actionable insights · Proactively identify challenges/gaps in performance & work cross functionally to find solutions · Leverage industry/domain knowledge, trends & benchmarking to identify opportunities to explore via new business model innovation & commercial models · Help drive key business performance themes- such as cost optimization, revenue acceleration, building efficiencies at scale · Lead quarterly performance reviews & own incentive calculations for sales teams for on time payout for performance · Pricing control & governance across Business (products) & service domains/ deal support on regular basis in close workings with sales team/ leadership teams · Leading AR/ sales collections calls with teams for service & consumables to ensure on time/ on target collection in close coordination with sales team. Strategy: · Own Strategy development & refinement for MED leadership to steer profitable growth delivering strategy & strategic pursuits, steer implementation & thereby aiding market scoping, customer journeys, GTMs & overall customer excellence, process & people improvements · Help deliver high impact data visibility to leadership & own strategic data stewardship for MED leadership & drive strategic projects for MED with end-to-end ownership · Lead efforts on special projects aligned with global initiatives · Coordinate & deliver on MED level operational excellence – Management meetings/Townhalls/Global visits etc – Play a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the Divisional Manager and staff, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with the MED leadership Team. Complete projects by assigning work to appropriate staff, including the Executive Team, on behalf of the DM.
