Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (Tasks & Deliverables): 1) Manage Channel Partner performance - Develop & manage Channel Partner budgets for order & revenue with focus on Value Segment & Loupes. - Engage and monitor funnel health & funnel progress on regular basis - Maintain strong relationships with Channel Partner and support to resolve conflicts & challenges 2) Develop strong network of Channel Partners for entire region - Closely evaluate existing network of Channels and identify opportunities for growth - Explore, identify & onboard new channel partners as required - Ensure adequate coverage for complete region through Channel Partners and their sales force 3) Enable Growth of Channel Partners - Create, develop and support implement regular trainings for new & existing channel partners with an objective to empower them to be self-sufficient in creating leads to closing orders. - Support to formulate Go-to-Market strategies and implement the same - Collaborate with Business & finance to roll out incentive schemes to boost channel performance - Liaison with internal teams (Local & Global) to track product inventory, supply chain and related metrics 4) Market Intelligence & Competition tracking: - Develop regular competition intelligence and engage with internal stakeholders to disseminate the same - Collaborate to develop & execute digital marketing strategies for higher visibility & mindshare - Plan calendar of events & conferences to participate bases on KOL engagement & Return on Investment. - Monitor industry trends & stay up-to-date with latest developments.
