Associate Producer (JD) Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Pre-Production Coordination  Collaborate with the Head of Production to finalize production schedules and logistics.  Assist in location scouting, casting, and equipment rentals.  Support in refining scripts and production concepts to ensure clarity for the team.  Ensure alignment with the creative vision throughout pre-production. 2. On-Set Management  Oversee daily production activities and crew assignments.  Ensure all team members understand their roles and maintain focus on production goals.  Address on-set challenges promptly to minimize disruptions and report to the Head of Production.  Facilitate communication among departments (camera, sound, art, etc.) for efficient operations. 3. Post-Production Oversight  Assist in developing post-production schedules, including editing, sound design, and visual effects.  Work closely with editors, sound designers, and visual effects teams to ensure alignment with the creative vision.  Prepare final materials for client presentation and facilitate the approval process. 4. Monitoring Production Standards  Ensure adherence to creative and technical quality standards throughout the production process.  Identify potential production risks and provide proactive solutions. 5. Shoot Calendar Management  Create and maintain an up-to-date shoot calendar, detailing all production dates and activities.  Coordinate scheduling with the crew and talent to ensure availability and alignment.  Distribute the shoot calendar to all relevant team members and stakeholders.  Ensure timely updates and adjustments are communicated effectively. Qualifications & Skills:  Minimum 2 year of experience in video production or a related field.  Strong organizational and time management skills.  Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.  Proficiency in production software/tools (e.g., Trello, Google Suite, Asana).  Basic understanding of video editing, sound design, and visual effects is a plus
