Job Description

Rudra Innovative Software is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll processing, compliance, and performance management. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities and contribute to a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires. Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture, handle employee grievances, and support conflict resolution. Payroll & Compliance: Ensure accurate payroll processing and adherence to labor laws and company policies. Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems, track employee growth, and provide necessary feedback. HR Policies & Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies in compliance with industry best practices and legal regulations. Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and ensure compliance with company leave policies. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and generate reports as needed. Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, wellness programs, and other initiatives to enhance employee motivation and productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT/software industry. Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll processing, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
