Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant with extensive experience in NetSuite, specifically in SuiteBilling, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C) and Month-End Close Processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial statement analysis, reconciliations, and revenue recognition within a technology or SaaS company. This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization within NetSuite.Skillset Required: NetSuite, Advanced Revenue Management, GL reconciliations, Record to Report (R2R), GAAP/IFRS Key Responsibilities:NetSuite Expertise & Financial Operations:Utilize NetSuite SuiteBilling to manage recurring, usage-based, and multi-currency billing transactions.Oversee Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) to ensure accurate revenue recognition (ASC 606) and compliance with accounting standards.Lead and execute the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.Handle bulk uploads invoicing and customer record updates.Issue and process credit memos, ensuring proper GL impacts and accurate financial reporting.Perform general ledger (GL) reconciliations, revenue deferrals, and variance analysis.Review financial transactions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper accounting treatment.Assist in financial statement analysis, providing insights into revenue trends, expenses, and overall financial performance.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA is a plus.Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS company. NetSuite Expertise:Extensive experience with Netsuite SuiteBilling, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C) and month end close processes. Accounting Standards Knowledge:Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and ASC 606 revenue recognition.Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis.
